North Shore IT Solutions specialise in home computer users and small businesses that don't have in-house IT support staff. There is little doubt that on of the biggest things lacking from the IT industry is good customer service, and we sure you'll be pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer service and professionalism that we provide.
Our rates are $120 per hour Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 8pm, and $160 per hour outside of these times. The hourly rate is billed in 15 minute increments. There is no call out fee, however a one hour minimum charge applies for all work. All prices include GST.

Operating System Upgrades
We can upgrade your computer to Windows 7 with minimal fuss. If you've already upgraded and just need a hand with a few things or some training, we'd be happy to help.
